MS2 Retail Advisory Inc. offers professional retouching services for eCommerce retailers and businesses. We strive to deliver high-quality work tailored to our clients’ needs. All services provided are subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Orders and Payment

• Service Orders: You may place an order for retouching services through our website or by contacting us directly. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• Pricing: Our pricing for services can be found on the Pricing/FAQ page. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Payment Terms: Payments are required in full at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.
• Custom Orders: For custom or large-volume orders, specific terms and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

5. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver services within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the project. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or client delays in providing necessary files are not the responsibility of MS2 Retail Advisory Inc.

6. Revisions and Refunds

• Revisions: We offer a limited number of revisions for each project as outlined in your service agreement. Requests for revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless required by law or agreed upon under exceptional circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

• Client Materials: By submitting any images or content for retouching, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have obtained permission to use such materials. MS2 Retail Advisory Inc. is not responsible for any intellectual property violations related to the materials you provide.
• Final Deliverables: Upon completion and full payment, you will receive a license to use the final retouched images for commercial or personal purposes. MS2 Retail Advisory Inc. retains the right to use the retouched images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

MS2 Retail Advisory Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

In any event, our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or disrupt our operations. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, hacking, introducing viruses, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
